Purgatory Map

The name of the second map in Free Fire is Purgatory. It was previously named as ‘elite map.’ And this map was for only players at level 5 or up. Because of this rule, this map was a bit unpopular among all the Free Fire gamers. And this map was removed when another map Kalahari was added to the game. But the gamers do not like this decision. And then Garena, the developer of Free Fire, realized the need of the gamers. And then they reversed their decision. And this map was added to the game again.

This map’s main characteristic that made this unique is its large rivers that separate the map into three sections. This map was introduced as a tourist spot in the game that Bermuda was not. You can see villas, golf course—ski lodge and so more. The river on this map is quite similar to the Amazon jungle’s river of Brazil.

Kalahari Map

The last map we have on our list is Kalahari. This map will give you a unique experience in the gameplay. If you are feeling bored playing in islands like Bermuda and Purgatory, this map may excite you. This is basically a desert. Garena was trying to bring something different than two other maps that will give a pretty new experience on gameplay. If you are good at sniping, this map is perfect for you. However, this map is not so much popular. But Garena did their best to bring the best to this map.

This is a tough question to answer. Because all the maps in Garena Free Fire have made this game more popular. Generally, playing on a map is one’s personal choice. Anyone can like any map in this game. There have three different maps in Free Fire, including which two maps are available in the ranked mode and also two maps are available in the classic match. Bermuda and Purgatory maps are available in the rank match. Again Bermuda and Kalahari maps are available in the classic match.
